Referral Process

Occupational, Speech and Language, and Physical Therapy services require a prescription from your child's primary care physician or specialist if Medicaid or insurance is your payor. The prescription should be for an evaluation and treatment for OT/ST/PT.

We accept self pay, most PPO's, and are providers for CMS as well as Medicaid non-HMO.
